Getting Started

Step 1 : Click on Sign up. Alternatively, you can also click here to sign up.
Step 2 : You may choose to sign up with your Facebook or Google Account or fill up your details in the corresponding boxes.
Step 3 : You will receive an email containing a link to verify your registration. Click on the link.
Step 4 : You will be directed to the Superstar Teacher portal where you will key in your password.

This sign up is for parents only. Child account will be created by the parents thereafter.

Step 1 : You may log in to your account upon sign up.
Step 2 : Click on Add Child and select a username and password for your child.
Step 3 : Assign lessons to your child, capped at a maximum of 3 Grades each time.
Step 4 : Choose an avatar for your child and click on Create Account. Your child may now view the assigned lessons by logging in to their account.

Please note that only one child is allowed for the trial account with limited access. Kindly subscribe for the family plan should you wish to include more than one child.

Click on Subscription Plans upon logging in to your account and subscribe to the plan that best suit your needs.

You will be granted full access upon successful payment.

You can pay via Credit Card (Master / Visa / Amex / JCB / Diners Club) or Paypal.

Account Information

You may click on Forgotten your password link on the Login page and follow the instructions therein. Your account information will be sent to your registered email address subsequently.

Parents may log in to their account and click on View Child Profile of the specific child. The username and password of the child would be reflected under Login Info.

Yes they may do so in their own account under Basic Info.

After logging in, click on their Name icon on the top right hand corner and select Profile.

The updated information would be reflected in the parent’s account as well.

Possible reasons for unable to log in with Facebook

  • You do not grant us the permission to retrieve your email address.
  • You registered your Facebook account with your phone number instead of email.
  • Your primary email of Facebook account is not verified or already expired.

Please reset your primary email of your Facebook account and retry.

You will be able to view and update your contact information after you have log in to your account. Click on your Name icon on the top right hand corner and select Account.

Unfortunately, you are not able to change your email address after registering for an account.

Subscription Plans

You may upgrade/downgrade your subscription plan after 3 working days of your subscription. All payments will be pro-rated accordingly.

The upgrading of plan will take place with immediate effect upon successful payment.

However, the downgrading of plan will only take place after the current plan has ended.

Note: 1 month refers to 30 days.

All subscription plans will be automatically renewed unless terminated before expiry.

Step 1 : Upon logging in to your account, click on your Name icon on the top right hand corner and select Account.
Step 2 : Click on Terminate subscription at the bottom page of the overview tab.

You will still be granted access to your account until the end of the paid period.

No, you do not need to. You may log in using your previous account information. However, please note that you will only be granted limited access.

All previous account information will be restored upon subscription of a plan.

An official invoice will be sent to your email address.

You can also view your payment history after you have log in to your account. Click on your Name on the top right hand corner and select Account. Your payment history will be under the View Invoices tab.

Superstar Teacher Features

For regular viewing, Superstar Teacher's Academic Panel recommends giving your child a copy of the worksheet while he/she is viewing the lessons, as it can serve as a supplementary material.

For preparation of test and exams, you can download and print the worksheets for the Revision / Topical Booster (mixed bag) lessons. Let your child attempt the questions before viewing the video lessons to go through the answers.

Superstar Teacher program goes through every question in the worksheet in our video lessons.

To view a .PDF file, you will need a PDF reader, such as Adobe Reader on your computer.

This feature is to allow you to go to a specific question in a lesson. The index number can be found on the right of every question on the worksheet. Click on the Index button on the video player to expand the index bar. Select and click on the index you want to "jump" to.

Questions and quizzes are embedded within the lessons to assess on how well your child had understood the lessons.

You can get a detailed overview of your child’s progress on their assigned lessons under the Study Tracker tab in your account.

You can revisit any part of a lesson as many times as you need.

  • If you have subscribed to our 1-child Plan, only one child will be allowed to log in at any time.
  • If you have subscribed to our Family Plan, your children may log in concurrently using their respective account information that you have created for them.

Please note that your access to Superstar Teacher account will be terminated, if you are found to be sharing accounts with others.

System Requirements & Troubleshooting

  • INTEL Pentium IV or higher.
  • Broadband Internet connection
    • A minimum of 16 MB is recommended.
    • Preferably a LAN / wired connection.
    • 3G USB Dongle is not recommended as it might not be adequate for streaming video.
  • Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari).
    Google Chrome is recommended.
  • Adobe Flash player version 9 and above.
The video player uses Adobe Flash. Visit Adobe's website at to install Flash.
  • Ensure that your computer system meets our required specifications.
  • Ensure that Firewall is not blocking port 80 and port 1935.

The "Please wait while loading..." message appears if the data connection to the streaming video is not continuous. This could be due to,

  1. Your connection speed. As mentioned above, you'll need a broadband connection of recommended 16 MB for the best viewing experience.
  2. You are using a 3G USB Dongle or accessing the lesson on a 3G network. Switch to a wired or LAN connection.
  3. You are on a wireless network where there are many people accessing the network at the same time. Try to access the lesson again when there are lesser people on the network.

It is because browser keeps a local copy of web documents such as HTML pages and images, to reduce bandwidth usage.
